We are currently searching for a Production Coordinator. This position will coordinate all aspects of print production, establish and update production schedules and coordinate the preparation and completion of local and or national market advertisements, promotional materials, brochures, flyers, and other special projects.
Some additional duties and responsibilities include:
Research and obtain print sources, negotiating best costs for each project
Forecast all costs associated with each project
Create job tickets to launch projects
Maintain production schedule for all collateral
Responsible for routing proofs
Distribute and watch inventory of all print samples
Acting liaison between FCS and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
Assist in the accuracy and payment of all invoices related to print production
Organize and maintain project files
Additional projects as assigned
Qualifications / Evaluations::
Knowledge of terms commonly used in printing/production
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Demonstrate detail-oriented skill
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years experience within a print production capacity
