Transportation and Logistics

REQUIRED: 5 - 10 years experience in vehicle fleet management. Preference in third world countries Must have experience in managing large fleets up to 250 vehicles and 200 motorcycles Experience in vehicle fleet management systems to utilise the optimization of the fleet PREFERRED: French and English

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (REQUIRED) Basic training course for delegates or equivalent knowledge (REQUIRED) Professional qualification in logistics or equivalent knowledge (REQUIRED) EXPERIENCE 5 years' experience in managing and supporting staff logistics, specifically in procurement, customs clearance, transportation and warehousing (REQUIRED) Working for the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement (PREFERRED) Working for a humanitarian aid organization in a developing country (PREFERRED) SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE Proficient in basic computer software programmes (Microsoft Office, Windows, Spreadsheets) (REQUIRED) Valid international driving license for light vehicles (manual gears) (REQUIRED) Skills in training and developing staff (REQUIRED) LANGUAGES English at an advanced level, written and spoken (REQUIRED) French at an intermediate level, spoken (REQUIRED) Spanish at an introductory level.
